1. The high-speed rotary joint made of stainless steel, mostly 304 stainless steel, has strong anti-rust performance, can withstand high temperatures of thousands of degrees, and also has good corrosion resistance to alkaline solutions and most organic and inorganic acids; there is also 316L Stainless steel, also known as titanium steel, is corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant.

2. Carbon steel rotary joints are mostly used in No. 45 carbon steel, with high strength, high plasticity and good toughness. They are used to make small cross-section quenched and tempered parts with high load-bearing high-speed rotary joints, and large-scale normal parts with lower stress. Fired parts and surface hardened parts with low strength requirements can also be used, but cracks will be formed during water quenching. Parts with complex shapes should be quenched in hot water, but the weldability is poor.

3. The joint made of nodular cast iron can effectively improve the mechanical properties, plasticity and toughness of cast iron, and the high-speed rotary joint can obtain higher strength than carbon steel.

4. The high-speed rotary joint made of silicon carbide special ceramic material is more expensive and has fewer applications, low density, high flexural strength and high compressive strength, low thermal expansion coefficient and more stable, and the temperature resistance is 13 times that of ordinary graphite rings, while imported graphite The ring is more resistant to wear and high temperature.
