Structural features:
M series rotary joint is a buried rotary joint designed for continuous casting machines in the metallurgical industry. It is used for the internal cooling of the rollers on the continuous casting machine to improve the service life of the rollers. The service life of internally cooled rollers cooled by rotary joints is generally higher than that of solid rollers cooled externally. The rotary joint adopts a balanced sealing structure and is supported by an oil-free bearing; the joint does not need to be lubricated for life, and can be automatically compensated.
M series rotary joint is to insert the shell into the roller and fix it on the shaft end with a half-ring flange (the flange is sawed along the center line). After installation, only the end cover can be seen outside, and the shell is buried inside the roller and the roller. Rotate together, so it is also called buried rotary joint. All M series parts are made of corrosion-resistant materials, which are suitable for water-passing media.
The M-row rotary joint has two types, single-pass and double-pass, each of which is divided into two structures: end face seal and outer circle seal. Users can choose according to their needs. For end face seals or other special shapes, please contact the engineering department of Xinxuan Company.
