Its structure: the outer tube body is directly connected to the roller or the drying cylinder, which is the main rotating part; the finished outer tube body spherical surface, the bottom cover and the impregnated carbon graphite spherical sealing ring together form a sealed dynamic seal friction pair, spherical seal The ring slides in the annular space in the shell, and the close cooperation between the oil-free bearing and the shell allows the rotary joint to be supported freely, so the installation accuracy is not high; after the spherical seal ring is worn, it can be obtained at any time by means of the pre-pressure of the spring. Compensation, the shell slowly moves backwards during compensation, and the degree of wear of the seal can be observed through the engraved line on the outer tube; when steam, oil or other media flows through the spherical seal ring and the oil-free bearing, a formation The thin liquid film provides sealing and lubrication, thereby reducing friction and wear and extending the service life.
