Structural features:
Due to the advantages of hydraulic transmission over electrical transmission and mechanical transmission, hydraulic transmission has become more and more widely used in various industries. The advantages of hydraulic rotary joints are gradually widely used. If the hydraulic actuator is fixed relative to the medium source, steel pipes can be used to transport the medium to the actuator. If the actuator has a small amount of movement (movement, rotation, swing) relative to the medium source, it can be connected with a high-pressure hose. If there is a hydraulic cylinder on a high-speed rotating shaft, a rotary joint is needed to convey the medium to it.

The application fields of rotary joints cover almost all processing and manufacturing industries. Such as: metallurgy, machine tools, power generation, petroleum, rubber, plastics, textiles, printing and dyeing, pharmaceuticals, cigarettes, papermaking, food, feed processing, etc.

Installation notes
1. The rotary joint is precisely manufactured. Avoid collisions during handling and storage to avoid damage to the interface and internal parts.
2. The installation must be concentric with the connecting shaft to ensure the good operation of the rotary joint.
3. When installing the threaded rotary joint, pay attention to whether the thread directions of the inner and outer pipes correspond to the direction of rotation of the drum, and the thread directions of the inner and outer pipes should also be the same.
4. The connection between the rotary joint and the pipeline must be connected by a hose (our company recommends the use of a metal hose with good interference), and rigid connection is absolutely prohibited.
5. The inlet and outlet of the rotary joint should be directly connected with the hose as much as possible. In order to reduce the auxiliary weight of the joint, extend the service life.
6. Assemble the inner tube, pay attention to the matching of dimensions and the auxiliary support of weight. It is recommended to use H8/e7 tolerance matching for the inner tube of the internal rotary joint and the joint.
7. The support and rotation stop of the rotary joint should be appropriate. Generally, the diameter of the rod should be 2mm smaller than the rotation stop hole, so as not to affect the free adjustment and compensation of the rotary joint.
Daily maintenance
1. Keep the rotary joint drum and the inside of the pipe clean. Special attention should be paid to the new equipment, and a filter should be added when necessary to prevent foreign objects from rotating;
2. As the machine is not used for a long time, it will cause scaling and rust inside the rotary joint. Please be aware that it may jam or drip when it is used again;
3. If there is an oil injection device, please oil it regularly to ensure the reliability of the rotation of the rotary joint bearing;
4. The rotary joint that circulates the heating medium should gradually generate temperature to avoid sudden temperature changes;
5. Check the wear condition and thickness change of the sealing surface (generally, the normal wear is 5-10mm); observe the friction track of the sealing surface to see if there are three-point intermittent or scratches, etc., if there is the above condition, Should be replaced immediately;
6. The rotary joint should be handled with care, and it is strictly forbidden to be impacted to avoid loss of joint components;
7. It is strictly forbidden for foreign objects to enter the inside of the rotary joint;
8. Do not run the rotary joint for a long period of time;
