The hollow shaft is directly connected to the roller through a thread or flange and is the main rotating part; the sealing structure combines the structural characteristics of the Q type (built-in seal) and D type rotary joint (rolling bearing support), and adopts a balanced seal design , So that the pressure generated by the working pressure on the two ends of the seal ring is almost equal, thereby effectively reducing the wear of the seal load on the end face of the seal, extending the service life; the support of the rolling bearing on the hollow shaft greatly reduces the rotating torque, the operation is flexible, and the The upper is small in size and light in weight, so it can be applied to higher speed conditions. In addition, there is an observation hole on the shell, through which the leakage and wear of the seal can be observed. When there is a lubricating hole, please add lubricating oil regularly!
