DS-XF type rotary joint product introduction:
The hollow shaft is connected to the roller or the roller through the thread or flange. It is the main rotating part and moves synchronously with the equipment. The sealing ring, the hollow shaft and the bellows compensator together form a floating double-end seal friction pair, which is beneficial to reduce the disadvantages of poor sealing caused by poor concentricity of the equipment. The sealing ring is made of impregnated carbon graphite, which has good self-lubricating properties, thereby reducing friction and wear and increasing service life; as the sealing ring wears, the corrugated compensator can be compensated at any time by the pressure of the spring. The use of the bearing plays a supporting role on the one hand, and at the same time improves the rotation accuracy and reduces the friction torque. In addition, an observation hole is provided on the housing, through which the wear and sealing condition of the sealing ring can be observed at any time. Regularly add lithium-based grease when the temperature is high.
